Why is this happening?

Recently I got a notification saying mobile pubg was available for download on my phone a htc desire 530 and this went well and I was surprised cuz the game played smooth and my phone only has 2gb ram ,this was impressive but a day later I got a notification saying this game is available for download on the iOS devices so I downloaded it on my iPad Air but this didn’t go so well the download was smooth but as a opened the app all I saw was this.........

can someone plz explain(English reply’s wud be great for I do not understand chinese)
