Disable glare/reflection on helmet, clothes, cars?

Hi guys, I wanna disable glare and reflection on clothes, helmet, cars in the new version 0.5.1 (china), how can I do it? In game quality - LOW, but glare/reflection does not turn off.
In European version, this was disabled by parameter in UserCustom.ini
CVars = r.MaterialQualityLevel = 0
This does not work in Chinese version. How to be, there are ideas?
