End of Service Notice]

Dear Players,

We regret to inform you that Combat Squad will cease its services on 2018-04-06 (KST), after which, the game will no longer be playable.

From 2018-03-05 (KST), all in-app purchases and new app store download will no longer be accessible but the game will still be playable until 2018-04-06 (KST).

We sincerely apologize for the sudden notice and would like to thank all players for their support and love for the game thus far.

* Google Play store/Apple App store new download end date: 2018-03-05 (KST)

* In-app purchase end date: 2018-03-05 (KST)

* Refund request submission for Google Play Store end date: 2018-03-20 (KST)

* End of service date: 2018-04-06 (KST)

Should you have made any in-app purchases that you won’t be able to use following the end of the service, please refer to the following information below on how to request a refund.

* For iOS: Please contact Apple support at http://www.apple.com/support/ios/contact/ to request a refund.

* For Google Play Store: Please send us the following information at cspw-support@a33studio.com to request for refunds by 2018-03-20 (KST).

- In-Game nickname

- The name or the contents of the item purchased

- Receipts of the purchases made (in image format)

Please note:

* Items acquired from events or through other in-game rewards will not be refundable.

* Items already used will not be refunded.

* Refund request will be accepted until 2018-03-20 (KST).
