烟花活动一直是白的，这bug看了一天帖子都没有类似的

今天一天新活动都是白的，点不进去，只要一点白的那块就一直转圈圈，然后所有的都进不去，必须大退重新登录才行，贝壳也是白的，贝壳商店也没有，活动成就也没有，重新下载安装之后还是一样

1.清除缓存和数据后重下，能解决90%问题
2.删除游戏后重启手机重下，能解决99%问题。
3.还解决不了联系客服提交bug。
建议直接第2步，更新时不要切后台。
ps：部分机型删除App会有残留文件，所以2不行就试下1。
